My name is Ulysse Robert and I'm a full-time knifemaker located in the province of Quebec, Canada. 

​I’ve always had a fascination for metalwork, design and precision. These interests led me to pursue a training in watchmaking in my late teens. I was lucky enough to be able to obtain two apprenticeships in Switzerland to further develop my knowledge. Not too long after, I found the world of custom knives and slowly transitioned from working on watches to making knives.

For me, knives are the perfect balance between art and engineering. Developing my style while gradually improving my fabrication techniques has been one of the most fulfilling experiences of my life. I believe that my formal training in watchmaking really shaped me as a maker and that some of these influences can be found in my knives today!
